Project Brief
Make improvements to brand awareness and redesign online jewelry store for high-end cufflinks. This project was done in partnership with Laurence Bruyninckx, independent artist and designer
Target goals
Improve navigation & structure within the website and improve customer shopping experience, update in brand communication with potential clients and increase pageviews and conversion rate
UX strategy
We started with comprehensive brand and UX audit based on Google Analytics and sales data David provided. We made a report there were numerous UX issues which were my responsibility and Laurence took brand story line with ideating about photo shoots, copy and messaging, social media strategy and advertising.
